Employment Supports

K-W Access-Ability offers three distinct services available to those working with the Ontario Disability Support Programme, Employment Supports. Everyone working with O.D.S.P. Employment Supports must prepare an employment plan. While some individuals may have a clear idea of their employment goals, others may need some assistance in formulating their plan. We are prepared to assist you in this process. We have also developed two formal training programmes, one to assist you in learning to use any Assistive Devices you may need to make your employment goal a reality and an Office Practice Training Programme which prepares you to work in an office environment.
